Introducing FNB Short Term Insurance

In March last year we communicated that OUTsurance Namibia was purchased by FirstRand Namibia Ltd.

 

We are now pleased to announce that all regulatory approvals have been received to reposition OUTsurance Namibia as FNB Insurance.

 

So, what does mean for you as a valued customer?

  • The repositioning will not affect your policy, nor your OUTbonus values, nor your monthly premiums. 
  • Our current Namibian Call Centre will handle all your queries or claims, providing excellent service.
  • As part of Namibia’s largest financial services group, FirstRand Namibia, we will be better positioned to offer more value additions in the near future.
  • As of 1 March 2023, you will see FNB Insurance branded campaigns and correspondence from us.
