Born and raised in Windhoek, Erwin is a family-orientated person who enjoys developing different skillsets. Having studied Accounting and Auditing at the University of Namibia, he’s eager to ‘produce effective and efficient services to all our clients’.
Vallery is proud to be an alumna of the University of Namibia, having graduated with an honours degree in Media Studies. One of the things she likes most about working at OUTsurance is that her colleagues ‘always try to inspire each other’.
Cheronette describes OUTsurance’s ethos as ‘passionate and human’, which is a mindset that helps her to put herself in her clients’ shoes. She’s excited to have the opportunity to work with clients all over Namibia because ‘every phone call is actually a different experience’.
Marc is proud to work at OUTsurance Namibia because we ‘don’t treat clients just as a number’. Having grown up in Namibia, he knows the culture and the people, which helps him to really listen to his clients so that he can give them the awesome service they deserve.
